The short version. We collect the minimum we need to sell you Real Trend Pro and grant access: your email, payment confirmation from Stripe, and your TradingView username. We use advertising and analytics cookies on this site. We never sell your data, and we never see your card number.

2. What we collect
When you buy Real Trend Pro
- Your email address — to send your confirmation and support replies.
- Your TradingView username — required to grant access to the indicator. This is shared with TradingView by the act of adding you to the invite-only script.
- Order and payment confirmation — amount, currency, date, country, and a Stripe transaction reference.
- Name and billing details if you provide them at checkout.
We never receive or store your card number, CVV or expiry date. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and handled entirely by Stripe.
When you simply visit the site
- IP address, approximate location (usually country or city level), browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed and time spent.
- Cookie and pixel identifiers set by the advertising and analytics tools described in section 4.
When you email us
- Your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include such as screenshots or order references.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To deliver what you bought — granting indicator access, sending confirmations, providing support. Basis: performance of a contract.
- To take payment and prevent fraud — via Stripe. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- To keep financial and tax records. Basis: legal obligation.
- To measure and improve our advertising — understanding which ads lead to purchases. Basis: consent where required, otherwise legitimate interests.
- To keep the site secure and working. Basis: legitimate interests.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you, and we do not build behavioural profiles beyond the advertising measurement described below.
4. Cookies, pixels and advertising
This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function and for payments to be processed. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
Stripe
Stripe sets cookies necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention.
Fonts
We load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch them, which discloses your IP address to Google.
Turning cookies off
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not prevent you from buying or using Real Trend Pro, though some pages may behave differently.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade mailing lists. We share data only with service providers who need it to run this business:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is an independent controller of the payment data it collects; see Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, as described above.
- TradingView — your username is used to grant access to the invite-only script. We are not affiliated with TradingView; your use of their platform is governed by their privacy policy.
- Our email and hosting providers — to send messages and serve this website.
- Professional advisers or authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, such as for tax, accounting or a lawful request.
6. International transfers
We operate from India, and our service providers are largely based in the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be transferred to and stored in countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.
7. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records — for as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically several years.
- TradingView username and access records — for as long as your lifetime access remains active, since we need it to maintain your access.
- Support emails — usually up to 24 months.
- Advertising and analytics data — according to the retention periods set by Meta, which we do not control.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information erased, where we have no continuing legal reason to keep it;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including advertising measurement;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email support@alphatradingtools.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, to make sure we are not disclosing your data to someone else.
Note that erasing your account details will end your access to Real Trend Pro, since access is tied to your TradingView username.
9. Security
We use HTTPS across this website, limit access to order data to those who need it, and rely on established providers such as Stripe for payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
10. Children
This site and product are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our pages link to third parties including Stripe and TradingView. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information to them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
