All sales are final. Real Trend Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, so we do not provide refunds. Please read this page and ask us any questions before you buy.
1. No refunds on digital products
Real Trend Pro is a digital product. Access is granted to your TradingView username immediately after purchase, and once granted it cannot be returned, un-received or un-used in the way a physical product can be sent back.
For that reason we do not offer refunds, exchanges or partial credits once access has been granted. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying digital content with immediate delivery and that you accept that all sales are final.
2. Please ask before you buy
We would much rather answer your questions than take a sale you regret. Before purchasing:
- read the feature descriptions and the FAQ on our home page;
- read our Disclaimer so you understand what the indicator does and does not do;
- confirm you have a TradingView account (a free account is sufficient);
- email us at support@alphatradingtools.com with anything you are unsure about.
We answer pre-sale questions in full and without pressure.
3. If we cannot deliver access
The no-refund policy assumes we have delivered what you paid for. If we are genuinely unable to grant you access to Real Trend Pro — for example if the product is withdrawn before your access is activated — contact us and we will resolve it, including by refunding your payment where access cannot be provided.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an amount that does not match the advertised price, email us with your order reference and we will investigate and return any overpayment.
5. Access problems
If your access has not appeared on your TradingView account within 24 hours of purchase, this is a delivery issue, not a refund issue. Email support@alphatradingtools.com with your order reference and your TradingView username and we will fix it.
6. Performance is not grounds for a refund
Real Trend Pro is an analysis tool, not a guarantee of profit. Trading losses, signals that did not work out, or results that differ from backtested figures are not grounds for a refund. Please see our Disclaimer.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory local law gives you a right to cancel or a remedy that overrides this policy, that law applies.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us first — most issues are resolved the same day. Raising a chargeback without contacting us will result in permanent revocation of your access to Real Trend Pro and to any future products we release.
